In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "772pub", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 772pub online gaming platform operated at 772pub.asia and all associated services, games, features, and communications channels.
• "You" or "Player" means any natural person who accesses, registers, or uses the 772pub Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by the Player on the 772pub Platform.
• "Game(s)" refers to all casino games, sports betting markets, e-sports markets, and any other wagering or skill-based activities made available on the Platform.
• "Real Money Wager" means any bet or stake placed using funds that carry real monetary value in the Player's Account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free bets, free spins, or promotional balances credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotion.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification process required of all Players prior to their first withdrawal.
• "PHP" refers to Philippine Peso, the primary fiat currency used on the Platform.
• "GCash" and "Maya" refer to Philippine electronic money services operated by GXI Inc. and Maya Philippines Inc. respectively — the principal payment methods supported by 772pub.

Access to and use of the 772pub Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

1. You are a natural person of at least twenty-one (21) years of age, consistent with Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR standards applicable to online gaming operators.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
3. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling or restricts participation in the type of games offered on the Platform.
4. You are not a current or former employee of 772pub, or an immediate family member of such an employee, unless prior written approval has been granted by 772pub management.
5. You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of a third party.
6. You are not included on any self-exclusion list maintained by 772pub or any affiliated responsible gaming registry.

To access real-money games on 772pub, you must register a Player Account. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update any information that changes.
• You will not create, or attempt to create, more than one Account on the Platform, regardless of the device, IP address, GCash number, or identity used.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials and will not share your username or password with any third party.
• You will notify 772pub immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account.

772pub reserves the right to reject any registration at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Accounts found to have been registered using false information will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited.

772pub supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

1. Deposits. All deposits are credited to the Player's Account balance in PHP at the prevailing exchange rate for non-PHP currencies. 772pub does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
2. Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00, subject to the minimums imposed by individual payment providers.
3. Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification has been completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. Standard processing time is fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and Maya; bank transfers may require up to one (1) business day.
4. Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified 772pub Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
5. Currency. Account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in USDT are converted at the applicable market rate at the time of deposit.
6. Unverified Accounts. 772pub reserves the right to withhold withdrawals from unverified accounts until KYC is completed.
7. Suspicious Transactions. 772pub complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Transactions that appear unusual or inconsistent with a Player's stated profile may be subject to additional review, delays, or rejection.

All promotions, bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards offered by 772pub are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally — or at all — toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry. Bonuses not claimed or wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion will expire automatically. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time. Only one active bonus may apply to a Player's Account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention. 772pub reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend an Account if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to satisfy playthrough while minimizing variance, or coordinated play between multiple accounts.
• VIP Cashback. Weekly cashback rates for each VIP tier are published on the Platform and may be revised at any time with prior notice. Cashback credits cannot be exchanged for cash unless their wagering conditions are satisfied.

All games available on 772pub are either powered by certified third-party game providers or use independently audited random number generation (RNG) systems. 772pub does not alter, influence, or manipulate game outcomes.

1. Game results are final once confirmed by the game server. No result will be reversed after confirmation except in the event of a verifiable technical error that demonstrably affected the outcome.
2. In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, the game will resume from its last confirmed server state. If a round cannot be completed, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account.
3. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published by the respective game providers. 772pub does not guarantee that any individual Player will achieve the published RTP in any session.
4. Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a market is officially closed. 772pub reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a system error or human input error.
5. In-play (live) betting outcomes are determined by official competition results as recognized by the relevant governing body. In the event of any ambiguity, 772pub's determination is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 772pub Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or perform any Account actions.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker and card games where multiple player positions exist.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during Account registration, KYC, or any interaction with 772pub support.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, mathematical errors, or system vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game for monetary gain.
• Using the Platform to launder money, facilitate illegal transactions, or engage in any activity that contravenes Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Allowing, facilitating, or encouraging any person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.
• Selling, transferring, or attempting to transfer your Account, Account balance, or any associated bonuses to any third party.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other method to disguise your true geographic location or identity, where such access is intended to circumvent Platform restrictions.

All content on the 772pub Platform — including but not limited to the 772pub brand name, logo, platform design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of 772pub or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without express written permission from 772pub.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 772pub shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a Player's voluntary decision to wager on the Platform.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses resulting from third-party payment provider errors, delays, or failures beyond 772pub's reasonable control.
• Interruptions to Platform availability resulting from scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or unforeseen technical failures.
• Unauthorized access to your Account arising from your own failure to safeguard your credentials.

In all cases where 772pub is found liable, its maximum aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data submitted by Players in connection with the 772pub Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

772pub complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Player data is used for account management, KYC, transaction processing, responsible gaming compliance, and lawful marketing communications. Player data is never sold to third parties.

772pub is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its players. The Platform's services are intended solely for entertainment purposes by players who can afford to participate without adverse personal, financial, or social consequences.

• Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via Account Settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Reminders. Session duration notifications are configurable and active by default for new accounts. Players are encouraged to take regular breaks.
• Self-Exclusion. Any Player may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 7 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon request and cannot be reversed for the stated period.
• Reality Checks. In-game notifications remind players of their session length and spending at configurable intervals.
• 21+ Age Enforcement. 772pub employs age verification at registration and during KYC. Any account suspected to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended.

772pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Evidence of collusion, cheating, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months.
• Request from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or financing of illegal activities.

Upon termination of an Account, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) shall be returned to the Player via their last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. 772pub is not obligated to return balances in cases of Account closure arising from fraud, cheating, or AML-related grounds.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting 772pub support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.

If you have a dispute arising from your use of the 772pub Platform, you must first contact the 772pub support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. All complaints must be submitted in writing and include: your registered username, a description of the issue, the date and time of the event in question, and any supporting transaction IDs or screenshots.

772pub will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within seven (7) calendar days. For complex issues, resolution may take up to thirty (30) calendar days. Players will be kept informed of progress throughout the process.

772pub's determination of any dispute relating to game outcomes, technical errors, or platform behavior shall be final, subject only to the oversight of the applicable regulatory authority.

772pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 772pub will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform's notification system or email to registered accounts. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the 772pub Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your Account and return of any verified balance.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the 772pub Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 772pub's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
